ESTABLISHED IN 1972

Established in 1972, Adlington Welding Supplies Ltd has grown and developed to become one of the leading independent welding suppliers in the country.

Our head office is a large site situated in the centre of Chorley, Lancashire. The extensive warehouse and storage facilities, enable us to supply a complete and comprehensive range of welding consumables, safety equipment, machines and plant hire across the country.

Adlington Welding Supplies Ltd are proud to have a long standing history within the welding supplies industry. We are a family run business that has grown from a local depot supplying the North West of England to a nationwide company supplying the UK and Europe, whilst maintaining that quality and loyalty from our roots.

Five regional depots in Falkirk, Billingham, Pembroke, Scunthorpe and Luton and our Head Office in Chorley allow us to provide nationwide delivery and service.

We stock high quality products from all major suppliers in the industry, enabling us to ensure that our equipment and products keep your projects on track.

Our transport fleet consists of small vans to specialised HGV's with lorry mounted cranes. We can deliver to your depots or sites and be able to give the most competitive delivery rates.

  • 1972Adlington Welding Supplies Ltd Established

    In 1972 Adlington Welding Supplies opened for business supplying welding consumables to local business's from premises located in Adlington Lancashire.

  • 1994First Wagon Bought for the Fleet

    We bought our first wagon in 1994, it was an 18t flat back with an 8mtr ton lorry mounted crane this enabled us to deliver more equipment to our customers in one delivery.

  • 2001Second Depot Opened at Teesside

    We expanded our company by opening a second depot in Teesside in 2001 which enabled use to reach customers in the North East of the country.

  • 2002Third Depot Opened at Falkirk

    We expanded our company by opening a third depot in Falkirk in 2002 which enabled us to reach customers in Scotland.

  • 2004Fourth Depot Opened at Luton

    We expanded our company by opening a fourth depot in Luton in 2004, which was originally set-up to serve the rebuild of Wembley stadium and the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow. This then enabled us to reach customers in the south east.

  • 2011Fifth Depot Opened at Pembrokeshire

    We expanded our company by opening a fifth depot in Pembrokeshire in 2011, which enabled us to reach customers in South Wales.

  • 2013Sixth Depot Opened at Scunthorpe

    We expanded our company by opening a sixth depot in Scunthorpe in 2013 which enabled use to reach customers in the east of the country.

This G200 kva generator can supply all the power you need with the capability of generateing 240v single phase to 415v three phase outlets.

Reliable and super silent operation and the capability to run for 12 hours at 75% load with its in built 500 ltr tank. This is available to hire from all our depots at competitive hire rates.

COMPRESSORS

Doosan 250 cfm compressor

This 250 cfm compressor is ideal for shot blasting due to its in built after cooler.

With road tow or static configurations this is an ideal piece of plant for a wide range of operations. Reliable and silent running and the capable of running for 8-10 hours at 75% load with its in built 122 ltr tank. This is available to hire at all our depots at competitive hire rates.

ELECTRIC WELDERS

This electric inverter welding machine is widely use for both the stick and MIG welding processes.

This electric inverter welding machine is widely use for both the stick and MIG welding processes. With the capability of producing an output range of 5 to 425 amp current makes it a versatile machine for most welding applications. This can be supplied as a standalone set or as part of a welding pack consisting of 2 to 6 sets with all the equipment needed.
